Returns & Refunds

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. To exercise it, a clear statement to support@ktmoutlet.at is sufficient. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging; for bikes we cover the return cost when a return label is provided. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return to the original payment method.
